"My order showed up with the wrong item..."
My order showed up with the wrong item in the box, even though the packing slip had the one I actually picked on the site. It was especially frustrating because I needed it for a small event that weekend, and that one little mix-up threw off my plans.
I reached out to customer service to get it fixed, but the back-and-forth took longer than it should have and never really felt clear. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they get better about checking order accuracy before shipping.
"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
I ordered from shopmixology.com the shipping was quick. I got the tracking info the next day, which was a nice surprise because I wasn’t really expecting it that soon.
The package arrived in good shape and everything I ordered was there. It took a couple of days, so I wouldn’t call it super fast, but it was definitely decent and better than some other places I’ve ordered from.
I do have slightly mixed feelings because the tracking updates could’ve been clearer along the way. Still, overall I’m happy with the experience and would probably order again.

Maybe I’m missing something, but I paid way more than I feel like this was worth. The quality was average to me, nothing that really justified the higher price. I’d be curious if other people had a better experience, because for me it just felt overpriced.

"Return process has been kind of frustrating"
I liked the item at first and was hoping the exchange would be simple, but it’s been a bit of a headache. Still haven’t gotten any update on my exchange, which is annoying. Maybe it’ll get sorted soon, but right now I’m not super impressed.

"Sizing was way off and support felt robotic"
I ordered my usual size, but the fit was completely off. The top was way too tight and the pants just looked awkward on me, nothing like the photos made it seem. I tried emailing customer service, but the replies felt like they were coming from robots who didn’t actually read my message. Super frustrating experience overall, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

"Service was fine, just a bit slow"
I did get help in the end. So that was good. But the replies took longer than I expected, and there were a couple moments where I was just waiting around wondering if anyone was still following up. Not terrible or anything. Just kind of okay.

"Styles felt limited, and the verification got annoying"
I really wanted to like the site, but the style selection was a little disappointing. A lot of the pieces looked pretty much the same, and I didn’t feel like there was much variety if you’re looking for different vibes or something that actually stands out. There were a few cute items, but it took a while to find anything I’d really consider buying. On top of that, I kept getting asked to verify myself over and over, which got old fast and made the whole experience feel more frustrating than it needed to be. Maybe it’s fine if their style is exactly your thing, but for me it was just okay

"Not the quality I expected"
I was disappointed with this. The website made it sound like it would be much sturdier and better quality, so I was confused when it arrived feeling cheap. It also didn’t last long at all and broke way faster than I expected.

"Frustrating site and robotic support"
I tried using the site, but it was annoying to browse. Pages were loading slowly for me, and everything felt a bit messy and hard to find. I ended up giving up before placing an order because it just wasn’t worth the hassle. I also reached out by email, but the replies felt like they were written by robots and didn’t really answer what I was asking.
